EducateSuccess Training Center

Making a Difference

We believe our transformational program will equip you and those you assist to step into a world of limitless possibilities. EducateSuccess is a unique group-life coach program, a proven curriculum with dynamic facilitators.

Certification & Implementation

The EducateSuccess Certification Training is a two-day course developed to give professionals a solid grounding in the fundamentals of the Pathways to Success Program. The course includes discussion of each of the four pathways, using experiential activities, role-playing, and discussion of applications in different settings.

Schedule:

The Certification Training is generally scheduled from 9:30am to 4:30pm on two consecutive days. The key elements of training will include:

Training Day 1: Overview and Fundamental introduction to the "Pathways to Success" Program

  • Foundational components to becoming an EducateSuccess life coach

  • Small group facilitation and group dynamics

  • Listening with excellence

  • Mentoring motivational skills

  • Developmental stages to wholistic personal growth

Training Day 2: Advanced training for implementation & certification

  • Workable knowledge of the four Pathways to Success using experiential and didactic exercises

  • Tools to assist others in recognizing sabotaging behaviors and cycles

  • Steps to implement program in your area of specialization

  • EducateSuccess Certification
